Responsibilities & Context

Maintain an organized calendar for the Managing Director / Other Senior

Managements, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Provide regular updates to the Managing Director on upcoming commitments and changes to the schedule.

Handle correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director / Other Senior Managements through various communication channels, including email, phone calls, and social media.

Ensure timely follow-up on action items resulting from phone calls and meetings.

Take accurate meeting minutes and follow up on action items, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Remind the Managing Director / Other Senior Managements of important tasks, deadlines, and commitments, proactively managing their workload.

Coordinate protocol services, visa applications, air ticket bookings, and hotel reservations as required.

Perform any other tasks assigned by top management.
